FAQ

Questions owners ask

I already have RedNote and WeChat. Do I need a website?

Social posts get buried and platform rules change overnight. A website is an address you own: Google Maps, business cards and the QR code on your door can all point to it.

Who updates my menu and prices later?

On a Care or Standard plan, send us a message and it’s done. Without a plan, edits are billed by the hour.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. Both are registered in your name, and if you stop working with us we hand over the whole site.

Can we work in Chinese the whole way?

Yes. We work in Chinese or English, write the English pages for you and walk you through them before anything goes live.
